While we are not certified organic, our lambs are grass fed on pastures that are rotationally
grazed and untreated with pesticides or other chemicals (lime is the only ammendment used).
Our lambs are not given any antibiotics or hormones.
Whole lamb (approximately 25-35 lbs) cut and wrapped. 2011 price to be determined soon.
