Around the Farm
The property consists of 95 acres in Earlton, NY. The place was originally the Indian Ridge Grand House,
the first inn in Greene County. It was converted to 6 apartments in the late 1980's. There is a barn with a sheep milking
parlor and cheese make room still equipped. There is a cheese aging room with an A-frame shed on top of it.
The
open land has been used for intensive rotational grazing of sheep. No chemicals have been used on the land. It
is now being used for hay fields to keep it open.
